„Evan was born in 1965 in New York City and continues to live and work there.

After receiving his B.A from Bard College where he studied Film, Evan received an M.F.A in Photography from Yale University. He has been commercially involved with the arts for over twenty years. His work has been exhibited across the country and is housed in various permanent collections including the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Evan applies the same skills and artistry in his digital paintings that he honed as a photographer. His paintings capture intimate moments of city life, masterfully depicting the moments of respite that are regularly overlooked.“
